Meditation comes in many forms and has many benefits.  It helps to relieve stress and to establish peace, calm in our lives.   It brings us into the here and now, enriching and energizing our daily lives.  Ultimately it supports and speeds the unfolding of the full human potential.

What is meditation?

Some of the simplest, most effective and most ancient methods of meditation focus on the breath. 

Breathing ...

Through breathing, movement, visualization, sounds, or other methods the mind grows quieter.  As calm increases, the mind can brighten, becoming clear and spacious.

Calming ...

Once the mind is calm and concentrated, we begin to question and explore.   We start to see the patterns that dominate and drive our lives and gradually develop the wisdom to become free of them.

Exploring ...

The calm and insight of meditation is the platform for bringing kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity into our daily lives.
